Through this writ application, petitioner seeks following reliefs:- (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) in the nature of 'Habeas Corpus' directing the Respondent authorities to take proper and legal action against the Private Respondents who are not allowing Respondent No. 11 to come and to live with the petitioner husband and lead conjugal life so that the life of children may not be spoiled.

(ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ(s) in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.2496 of 2017 (2) dt.29-11-2017 2/2 the Respondent No. 11 to come and to live with her husband alongwith their son and daughter at the house of petitioner husband.

(iii) Any other relief/reliefs to which the petitioners are found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of this case.

It is contended that the petitioner and respondent No. 11 are legally married husband and wife two children are also from the wedlock.

It is contended that the parents of his wife are not allowing her to come and live with the petitioner. In our view, this is a matrimonial matter and it should be decided by a competent forum if the petitioner approaches that forum.

With the aforesaid observation, this writ application stands disposed of.
