The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ application is that his pension has not been revised in terms of 6th Pay Revision Commission Report.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case of the petitioner is covered by Annexure-5 and 6. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State submits that entire grievance of the petitioner has been redressed and authority slip has been issued in this regard. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

Considering the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to take appropriate decision in the light of Annexure-5 and 6 within a maximum period of three months, if the grievance of the petitioner has not been redressed as yet, and thereafter ensure payment of the same within a further period of one months, failing which the petitioner shall be entitled to payment of interest @ 9% from the date of retirement of the petitioner till the date of actual payment.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands disposed of.
