The petitioners seek bail in a case registered under Section-392/411 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, on the point of pistol, accused persons snatched the money from the truck drivers.

It has been submitted that the petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioners. The petitioners are in custody since 18-10-2022. The petitioners have remained in custody for about five and half months. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. The trial is not likely to be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15123 of 2023(2) dt.01-05-2023 2/2 concluded in near future. The petitioners are not named in the FIR. The names of the petitioners have transpired in the present case in confessional statement of co-accused. The petitioners have not been put on TIP to ascertain their participation in the alleged offence. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of the petitioners.

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioners are not named in the FIR.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court below/concerned Court in connection with Pirpainti P.S. Case No. 179 of 2022.
