Petitioner seeks bail in Alipur P.S. Case No. 41 of 2014 instituted under Section(s) 121-A and 384 Indian Penal Code and Section 17 of the CLA Act pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya.

Considering that the Petitioner committed this act while on bail in another case and, thus, misused, the privilege of bail, I am not inclined to release him from jail custody. Prayer for bail is rejected.
