The petitioner seeks bail in Guraru P.S. Case No. 28 of 2014 registered under section 412 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)A, 26 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner was apprehended by the police and from his possession a box containing different articles and 12 live cartridges and sixteen thousand rupees were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nobody has come forward to claim the recovered articles. Only some live cartridges were recovered from the possession of the petitioner and for that petitioner is in jail since 02.04.2014.
