The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner got successful in appointment for the post of constable but when the petitioner was called for documents verification the photograph of the petitioner does not tally with the photograph and other documents affixed.

It is submitted that the petitioner did not get appointment. The petitioner is said to have confessed that one Pramod Kumar appeared at the examination in place of the petitioner.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the

No.44322 of 2015 (2) dt.23-09-2015 2/2 petitioner did not get appointment and is in jail since 24.07.2015, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in Dehri Nagar P.S. Case No. 347 of 2015.
