Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to remove defect(s), as pointed out by the office, if any, within a period of four weeks from today.

This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Parsa P.S. Case No. 379 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this bail application on behalf of petitioner no.1, who have been arrested by the police. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as withdrawn as against petitioner no.1, above named.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8858 of 2022(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 So far as the bail of petitioner no.2 is concerned, the same is rejected as there is specific allegation against him of inflicting stab blows to the informant.

The petitioner no.2 is directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks from today. If the petitioner does not surrender within the aforesaid period of four weeks then the Superintendent of Police, will take all coercive steps for producing the petitioner no. 2 in the Court below so that the trial is not delayed.
