For issuance of writ, order, direction including writ in the nature of mandamus/certiorari commanding respondents to not interfere with the right, title and possession over the land of the petitioner, on which the respondents concern run school after affiliation/recognition from the Bihar School

Patna High Court CWJC No.13013 of 2016(2) dt.04-04-2023 2/2 Examination Board giving false description of land and violating the norms of Bihar School Examination Board application Bye-laws 2011 (hereinafter referred to as the Bye Laws 2011) (II). For issuance of direction/order or proper enquiry on which basis the B.S.E.B., granted affiliation to the school and granted school code no. 76507."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
