Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner no. 1 happens to be elder brother -in-law of the deceased whereas petitioner no. 2 is wife of petitioner no. 1. The contention on behalf of the petitioners is that no specific overt act has been attributed against these petitioners and as a matter of fact, they do not have any concern with the husband of the deceased as the informant himself admitted in his fardbeyan that the husband of the deceased wanted to live separately from the

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st class, Banka in connection with Katoriya P.S.Case No. 312 of 2014.
