The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019, dated 23.09.2019, instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 506, 147, 148 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that for similar allegation, two of the accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail by the learned Court below. It has further been submitted that from the aforesaid order, it can be gleaned that the victim has suffered simple injuries. It has also been submitted that the petitioners are agnates of informant and there is a longstanding dispute between them. The petitioner Nos. 2 and 3 are ladies and none of the three petitioners have any criminal antecedents. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in connection with Mojahidpur (Babarganj) P.S. Case No. 281 of 2019,
