Counsel for the petitioner has filed this writ petition for execution of the order passed by the Court of B.L.D.R. (Bihar Land Disputes Resolution) (Annexure-3) vide order dated 03.08.2022 in Land Dispute Resolution Case No.44 of 2022-23.

Counsel for the State submits that in view of Sections 15 and 16 of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, the power of execution of the order vests with the Deputy Collector Land Reform itself.

In this view of the matter, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a direction to the petitioner that he may pursue his matter before the Deputy Collector Land Reform for execution of the order passed by the Court of B.L.D.R.(Bihar

Patna High Court CWJC No.2066 of 2023(2) dt.05-07-2023 2/2 Land Disputes Resolution) (Annexure-3) vide order dated 03.08.2022 in Land Dispute Resolution Case No.44 of 2022-23 because statute is complete itself and Deputy Collector Land Reform is the competent authority in this matter. Deputy Collector Land Reform is directed to execute the order within 6 months, if there is no stay from the Higher Court.
