1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ (s), order(s), direction (s) directing the Respondents to remove the unauthorized encroachment done by the Respondent No.6 in Mauza- Shankarpur, Thana No.- 185, Khata No.- 51, Khesara No. 380 (Anabad Bihar Sarkar Land) situated in front of the Petitioner's Land situated in Khata No.- 51, Khesara No.- 32."
