The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 366(A), 372, 373, 370(A), 120(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, under Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of the Immoral Traffic Prevention Act and under Sections 4 and 8 of the POSCO Act.

The police raided the house of one Meman Nisha and from there many males and females including the petitioners were apprehended. It is alleged that the petitioners had brought the girls for prostitution.

It is submitted that there is no search and seizure. The two girls namely Puja Kumari and Manisha Kumari made their statement under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and disclosed that the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.43872 of 2015 (2) dt.22-09-2015 2/2 police arrested them while they were selling some articles. Mahi Khatoon also stated that Aslam and Annu Devi brought her. They did not disclose the name of the petitioners. The petitioners being lady are in custody since 26.02.2015.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners above named are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge (POSCO Act)-cum-Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in POSCO Case No. 07 of 2015, arising out of Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 104 of 2015.
