JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-07-2023 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the opposite party No. 2. This application has been filed for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted by this Court to the opposite party No. 2 in Cr. Misc. No. 20131 of 2020.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the opposite party No. 2 was granted anticipatory bail, vide order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20131 of 2020 without considering the fact that in mediation he refused to keep the victim and he himself had admitted that he has solemnized his second marriage. A prayer has been made to cancel the bail

It transpires from perusal of order dated 29.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 20131 of 2020 that a number of documents were filed by the opposite party No. 2 to show that the petitioner is suffering from psychiatric problem and her treatment is going on in Kanke, Ranchi and it was the reason that it was not possible for the opposite party No. 2 to keep the victim with him. Considering this fact, he has been granted anticipatory bail.

I do not find any substance worthwhile to be considered in this petition, which is accordingly dismissed. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Mahesh/- U T
