====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJIT KUMAR ORAL ORDER 22-01-2026 On the urgency being shown by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this matter has been taken up out of turn.

2. Learned counsel representing the Accountant General has filed counter affidavit in this case and by referring to the statements made in paragraphs-5 and 6 submits that the requirement shown by them from the District Programme Officer, (Establishment), East Champaran at Motihari, the same has not been responded, owing to which the name of second wife of the petitioner has not been recorded in the PPO book.

3. At this stage, learned counsel for the State submits that appropriate instructions have already been issued and still

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the State, the instant writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No.5/the District Programme Officer (Establishment), East Champaran at Motihari to carry out the necessary steps within the time aforesaid and send appropriate instructions by giving quietus to the dispute.
