In view of the fact that the Commission has already invited objections for consideration of the case of eligible candidate for finalizing the list of 2413 posts of Assistant Teachers for filling up the unfilled vacant post of 34540 Assistant Teachers, the Court hopes and trusts that the Commission will consider the objection objectively and take final decision in the matter.
3. No indulgence at the instance of the petitioner can be granted with regard to the fact that the list for filling up for unfilled vacancy of Assistant Teachers are being considered by the Commission.
