JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-02-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for granting promotion to the petitioner on the post of Headmaster on the ground that other similarly situated persons have already been granted promotion on the post of Headmaster.

The learned counsel for the respondents has though filed a counter affidavit, but the same does not show that the case of the petitioner has been considered in its true letter and spirit, according to prevailing rules.

Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the concerned respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for promotion and pass a reasoned order
