2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 189 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code to which later on Section 376(3)/34 of the I.P.C. was added and Section 4/6 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is accused of committing rape upon the victim.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the petitioner and the victim were in a relationship for four years. The petitioner is in jail since 18.12.2023.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the nature of allegation and the period of custody, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge POCSO Court-cum- Additional Sessions JudgeVII, Gaya in connection with M.U.
