2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025 registered for offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act and under Sections 132, 121(1), 191(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner and others are said to have released the other co-accused Murari Singh from the custody of the informant and other police officials forcibly. There is recovery of 376Ml Foreign liquor.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is quite innocent and has not committed any offence. He further submits that the petitioner is ready to donate Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15162 of 2026(2) dt.10-03-2026 2/3 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in some charitable organization without accepting his guilt.

5. Learned APP for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending/successor Court in connection with Ramgarh Chowk P.S. Case No. 184 of 2025 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the BNSS and with further condition that:- (I). The petitioner shall deposit an amount of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) in Ramakrishna Mission Ashrama, Nala Road, Patna and produce the receipt of the same before the Court below.

The bail bonds of the petitioner shall be accepted after verifying the genuineness of the receipt produced by the petitioner.

(ii). The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Ramgarh Chowk

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15162 of 2026(2) dt.10-03-2026 3/3 Police Station on every Sunday of each month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
