Patna High Court CR. WJC No.262 of 2024(2) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 nature of writ of Habeas Corpus directing upon the official respondents to produce person and body of the detenu Vaishnavi Raj @ Khushi (aged 18 years 6 months) before this Hon'ble Court, who against her will has forcefully been kept under unlawful and illegal custody of private respondent no. 6 to 8.

II. For a direction upon the official respondents to provide adequate security and protection to the petitioner and the detenu, Vaishnavi Raj @ Khushi.

III. For a direction upon the official respondents to take appropriate action against the private respondents for their illegal act of detaining the detenu, Vaishnavi Raj @ Khushi against her will.

IV. Any other order or direction deemed just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case."

2. In support of the aforementioned relief(s), petitioner has not registered any complaint and the same has not been made known in the pleadings.
