Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph no.4 of the writ petition. In the present writ petition, petitioner is seeking relief for payment of Rs.2,00,571/- for the work executed by him for preparation of strong room as well as counting hall during the Parliamentary Election, 2009.

The petitioner was appointed in short term contract for construction of strong room as well as counting hall for the purposes of keeping the force and also for counting center during 2009 Parliamentary Election. As per claim of the petitioner, the admitted dues is Rs.2,00571/-.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12529 of 2016 dt.07-03-2017 In such view of the matter, concerned authority is directed to consider the case of the petitioner.

For convenience, petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation before the District Magistrate, Jamui who will examine the case of the petitioner. If such representation is filed by the petitioner, the District Magistrate, Jamui is supposed to look into the grievance of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of three months from the date of filing of the representation. If the petitioner is entitled to the amount that must be released within two months thereafter along with 6% interest.

With the aforesaid observation and direction this writ petition is disposed of.
