2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 223, 316(2), 318(4), 119(1) and 61(2) of the B.N.S. and Section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.

3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that during inspection of plots of housing board with police officers and armed forced, it was discovered that a secret construction work is being carried out on an acquired land near Netaji Subhash Chandra Marg. This petitioner is alleged to be the constructor and is alleged to have caused financial losses to the government. Petitioner has also got one criminal antecedent of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and the fact

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10474 of 2025(2) dt.27-03-2025 2/2 that petitioner has got one criminal antecedent of similar nature, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is rejected.
