"A. Mandamus Commanding the Respondents to conceal the illegal Jambandi of Alok Yadav Son of Devendra Prasad Yadav, Shankar Jha, Son of Late Krishna Nand Jha, Badri Jha, Son of Uday Kant Jha and Most. Dev Kala Devi, Widow of Ram Nand Mishra in the light of the Letter/order contained in Letter No.442 dated 06.04.2015 issued by Anchal Adhikari, Rahika

Patna High Court CWJC No.11776 of 2016(9) dt.28-07-2025 2/2 (Respondent No.4) to the Deputy Collector Land Reforms Madhubani (Respondent No.3).

4. Learned State counsel submits that the necessary parties are missing in the plaint and as such, it is fit to be dismissed for non-joinder of necessary parties.
