The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/323/307/379/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation of commission of injury on the head is against co-accused Shyam Babu Kumar. Allegation against the petitioner is that he had exhorted Shyam Babu Kumar to commit injury. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Considering nature of allegation and no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner. (c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
