JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rail Muzaffarpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2019 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 401, 414 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 22(b) of Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act (in short N.D.P.S. Act). Allegation is that there is a recovery of 2 Ativan tablets, mobile phones and other articles from the possession of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 02.10.2019. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the submissions,

No.7028 of 2020(2) dt.06-02-2020 2/2 made above, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Rail Muzaffarpur P. S. Case No. 196 of 2019.
