2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2022 registered on 18.12.2022 under Sections 392 of the I.P.C. which has been rejected vide order dated 20.12.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 65975 of 2023 with liberty to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail two months after framing of charge.

3. Counsel further submits that petitioner is in custody since 19.04.2023 having five criminal case in which he is on bail in all the cases. He further submits two months have already been lapsed and no evidence has been adduced after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes to prayer for bail and submits that on earlier occasion report has been called for but from report, it transpires that not a single witnesses have

5. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail after framing of charge if not framed yet and on being satisfied by the trial Court that he is not absconding in any of the criminal cases pending against him which are mentioned below and on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M. Vaishali in connection with Bhagwanpur P.S. Case No. 298 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 437 (3) of the Cr.P.C.
