JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 12-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bausi P.S. Case No.141 of 2019, G.R. No.3967 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Consideration that the investigation is underway and the nature of injury, as per the postmortem report, I do not find a case for anticipatory bail.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
