The petitioner seeks bail in Shahpur P.S. Case no. 18/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A and 26 of the Arms Act. The police apprehended the petitioner and from the possession of the petitioner one loaded country made pistol with three live cartridges were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail for about eight months. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri A.K. Thakur, Judicial Magistrate, Danapur, in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case no. 18/2015.
