No. 15 of 2020 arising out of Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Section 304(B), 201 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation as per F.I.R. is that petitioner happens to be the mother-in-law of the deceased.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that there is general and omnibus allegation against him and there is no specific allegation against the petitioner and petitioner is aged about 60 years and she is in custody since 19.12.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7417 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 346 of 2019, subject to the condition that she shall extend cooperation for speedy disposal of trial.
