The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 8, 20 and 22 of the NDPS Act. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner was caught by the police personnel and about 850 gm. of charas like substance was recovered from his possession.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. He has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedent and is in custody since 15.5.2020. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State who submits that the petitioner is an accused in four other cases from before.
