JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 06-02-2019 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Hajipur Town P.S.Case No. 837 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 323, 341, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and one Doman Sah is that they told the husband of the informant to execute a sale deed with respect to one and half katha of land and when refused, co-accused Doman Sah thrashed him on the ground and caught his neck and other accused persons including the petitioners assaulted him by fists and slaps. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, abovenamed, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Hajiur Town P.S. Case No. 837 of 2017; subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
