The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 118 of 2015 arising out of Muffasil P.S. Case No. 85 of 2014 registered under Sections 25(1-B)(a), 25(1-AA, 26(i)(2) and 35 of the Arms Act.

The prayer for bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide order dated 21.10.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 39574 of 2014.

Regard being had to the reasons assigned in the aforesaid order dated 21.10.2014, I am not inclined to grant bail
