Learned counsel for the petitioners points out that there is inadvertent error in the order dated 13.02.2019 as the parentage of petitioner nos. 1 to 4 has been incorrectly recorded as Late Md. Yatiya instead of Late Md. Yahiya. He further submits that Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 561 of 2018 has been inadvertently recorded as Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 161 of 2018.

Hence, order dated 13.02.2019 is modified to the extent that parentage of petitioner nos. 1 to 4 be read as son of Late Md. Yahiya in place of Late Md. Yatiya and Saur Bazar P.S. Case

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8339 of 2019(3) dt.19-02-2019 2/2 No. 161 of 2018 be read as Saur Bazar P.S. Case No. 561 of 2018.
