JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in jail since 30.6.2015 and the stolen articles have not been recovered from his possession rather, according to the prosecution case, the stolen articles have been recovered from the possession of the son of the petitioner. Moreover, taking note of period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as the aspect that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with GRP Patna (Rajendra Nagar) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2015 to the satisfaction of the Railway Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna.
