JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-03-2019 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to approach the District Teachers Employment Appellate Authority, Supaul for redressal of his grievances. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

In order to enable the petitioner to approach the appellate authority and seek for interim relief, status quo existing as on today, shall be maintained for a period of four weeks from today.
