JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Taking into consideration that 413.2 Kilograms ganja, kept in 61 packets, was recovered from cabin of a truck in which petitioner along with two other F.I.R. named accused were found sitting at the time of raid, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail, hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Special Case No. 38 of 2014, arising out of Economics Offence P.S.Case No. 24 of 2014, pending in the court of Additional District Judge XI, (Special Judge, N.D.P.S cum Economics Offence), Patna, stands rejected.
