The petitioner is in custody in connection with Azamnagar P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. On account of land dispute, there is case and counter case between the parties. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and there is case and counter case on account of land dispute between the parties, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on
