This application, for grant of anticipatory bail, arises out of Sahpur Patori Police Station Case No. 377 of 2017, disclosing offences under Sections 363, 366(A), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r)(s), 3(2)(Va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 (in short, 'the Act').

It appears that the police after completion of investigation, have submitted charge sheet after finding the case to be true under the various provisions of the Indian Penal Code and of the Act.

In view of the bar under Section 14A of the Act, this

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13512 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 anticipatory bail cannot be maintained.

This application is, accordingly, dismissed.
