JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2020 The present petition has been filed for modifying the order dated 13.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80007 of 2019 to the extent that the time granted to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and avail the privilege of anticipatory bail be extended by a further period of four weeks from today. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to extend the time granted to the petitioner vide order dated 13.12.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 80007 of 2019 in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 147 of 2019 pending in the court of learned Special Judge, Excise, Chapra (Saran) in order to avail the privilege of anticipatory bail, by a further period of four
