The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Trial No.11 of 2014, arising out of Motipur P.S. Case No.98 of 2013 registered under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Muzaffarpur.

Taking into consideration that earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected twice by this Court vide orders dated 28.03.2014 and 18.02.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. Nos.40074 of 2013 and 49903 of 2014 respectively on merit, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer
