1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned A.P.P. for the State.
2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73035 of 2024 whereby the petitioners have been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioners
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8336 of 2025(2) dt.07-02-2025 2/2 shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of order but the petitioner no. 2 failed to surrender within time.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 2 could not surrender within time due to communication gap between the "pairvikar" and petitioner no.
2. He, accordingly, prays for further two weeks time to surrender before the learned District Court.
4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners, let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 23.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73035 of 2024 be extended by further two weeks from today in respect of the petitioner no. 2 subject to payment of 2nd installment of Rs. 2.5 lakh to the Opposite Party No. 2 as per the bail order dated 23.10.2024.
5. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
