JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 28-06-2017 Seeking exception to an order dated 13th August 2015 passed by the Writ Court in C.W.J.C. No. 7474 of 2015, this appeal has been filed under clause 10 of the Letters Patent. The appellant is a Trade Union Employee, wanted office space, bulletin board, advertising space and other related facilities at par with other trade union, which has been denied on

Patna High Court LPA No.1104 of 2016 (8) dt.28-06-2017 2/2 account of the fact that as the Union is a mechanism of Railway Administration, the aforesaid facility cannot be granted. The Writ Court after taking note of facts and circumstances of the case, upheld the action of the respondents, has not granted the facility, which does not warrant reconsideration.

The appeal stands dismissed.
