The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatiya P.S. Case No.45 of 2015 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made against the petitioner that petitioner along with others have assaulted the victim. There is direct allegation that father of the informant was assaulted by iron rod by the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 10.8.2015.

Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.51008 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 prayer for bail is rejected. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after months. Completion of seven months from jail custody.
