The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sheikpura P.S. Case No. 298 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 420, 423, 467, 468, 471 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that he has attested the signature as a witness in sale deed. The petitioner is in custody since 07.01.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is the only attesting witness, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty Thousand) with

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.6852 of 2020(2) dt.04-02-2020 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura, in connection with Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 298 of 2019.
