JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 23-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Considering the report of the trial court vide letter no. 217 dated 28.4.2015 that altogether 15 witnesses have already been examined and only the investigating officer is to be examined and cross-examined and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of four months, this petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to move the learned trial court for grant of bail if the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period of four months.
