The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following relief :- "That this is an application for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing/commanding the Respondents to pay the difference of salary of the petitioner from 1.4.2007 till date in the revised pay scale as per recommendation of Sixth Pay Revision Committee report without any delay and also to pay interest @ 15% per annum on differential amount due to arbitrarily none payment of salary in the said revised scale."
