The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 25 (1-Aa) 29 of the Arms Act.

The police raided the house and arrested two persons, namely, Pappu Singh and Sanjay Rajak and arms and ammunitions were also recovered. The house belongs to Ramdahin Singh, father of the petitioner and Ramdahin Singh is named in the first information report.

It is submitted that the petitioner is not named in the first information report. The father of the petitioner is suffering from paralysis and other old age disease. At the later stage, the name of the petitioner figured in the case as the owner of the house.

No.45293 of 2015 (2) dt.29-09-2015 It is further submitted that nobody has stated that the petitioner was engaged in getting manufactured arms and ammunitions in the house in question. The father of the petitioner is the owner of the house and the co-sharers of the father of the petitioner are still residing in the aforesaid house. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J. M., Arwal in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No.171 of 2012.
