The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.411 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 366(A), 323, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the daughter of the informant went missing. She has been found to be major in the Medical Board. The petitioner has clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.
