The petitioner seeks bail in Lalganj P.S. Case no. 85/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The police arrested the petitioner along with Md. Anwar and Suraj Paswan on suspicion that the petitioner and others have stolen the bolero jeep but nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in jail since 15.04.2015. He has already remained in jail for more than five months. Other co-accused Suraj Paswan has already been enlarged on bail. The case of the petitioner stands on the same footing. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
