1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1.That this writ application is preferred on behalf of above named petitioner for issuance of appropriate writ writs, in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent authority to give information to the petitioner regarding measurement report for land measurement Case no. 13/ 2015-16, with regard to Khata no. 172, Kheshra No. 555,Thana no. 182 situated at Village Bishunpur Post Jalepuri, P.S. Chandi, Anchal Koilwar, District Bhojpur (Ara)."
2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already approached the State
Patna High Court CWJC No.3191 of 2024(2) dt.06-05-2024 2/2 Information Commission, Bihar, Patna, however, till date, the information required by the petitioner has not been supplied, nonetheless the petitioner be granted liberty to approach the State Information Commission, Bihar, Patna, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.
3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
